Our History
Since its establishment in 2011, Global Care & Crisis Response Organization (GCCRO) has responded to humanitarian needs arising from complex emergencies, natural disasters, and protracted crises affecting vulnerable populations.
GCCRO began with a focus on emergency relief—delivering life-saving assistance such as food, basic medical support, shelter, and essential supplies to communities impacted by sudden shocks. These early interventions were driven by the principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence.
As humanitarian challenges became more complex, GCCRO gradually expanded its operational capacity, governance structures, and sectoral expertise. This evolution allowed the organization to move beyond short-term emergency response into early recovery, resilience-building, and longer-term humanitarian support.

Over more than a decade of operations, GCCRO has strengthened its institutional foundations to ensure effectiveness, accountability, and sustainability. Key areas of development include:
